Jonathan Wilson, drums   Takuma Kanaiwa, bass

joined by Melinda Bronson, dance

FREE.  Donations welcome!

Drums and bass or the rhythm section, traditionally provides the foundation for other musical elements, which this duo is trained to do and has done in many musical idioms including Mbalax, free improvisation and hip-hop. But what sets this duo apart, Jonathan Wilson on drums and Takuma Kanaiwa on bass is that their music is just as engaging with or without additional players and seeks to explore working without barricades or limitations with as a duo and in collaboration with aligned artists.

Jonathan Wilson and Takuma Kanaiwa will be joined in improvisation by dancer Melinda Bronson
