**Mondays: 6-7:30pm Beginner I & II Flamenco July 6-July 27 2026

Warm up from the inside, honor your body and your flamenco practice. Technique, footwork, and attention to the felt sense of the body woven together with rhythms and rhythmic phrases. $115

*Tuesdays: 6pm - 8pm  

July 7- July 28, 2026 Flamenco and Creative Processes 

Rhythms, footwork, turns, and other essential practices. Movement phrases and some choreography. Explore dynamics, space, qualities and improvisations. Begin with the breath to find your own flamenco and prepare a practice for creative work. $120

*Saturdays: Intermediate Flamenco Fundamentals

July 11, 18, 25 and August 1. 2026 10am-12 noon

Mixed Intermediate/ Advanced flamenco practice. We begin with an improvised warm-up, utilizing breath, space and some improvisation, going on to rhythms, footwork, turns, and other essential practices. Movement phrases and some choreography $120

*Hatha Yoga and Meditation Practice

Sundays: 10-11:30am

We begin class with attention to optimal diaphragmatic breathing, and proceed through asana practice with increasing pranic awareness, toward rest in savasana with guided relaxation, and finally returning to our seated position for meditation practice. The structure of this class supports your ability to develop your own practice as you deepen subtle body awareness. See more...
